Olive Stats- 8 years

Olive is now 50 pounds (25th percentile) and 51 inches tall (70th percentile).  She gained 5 pounds and grew 2 inches this year.  Here are her stats from year onetwothreefourfivesix, and seven.

Olive is in 2nd grade this year.  She is very kind and caring to her classmates and teacher.  She notices if someone is having a bad day and wants to cheer them up.  She has several friends in her class.  She lost her two front teeth at Christmas and now the two beside them, so she has had a toothless smile for months.  She is still a girl scout, but she isn't interested in any sports.  She spends her free time playing with Hannah.

Here is what her teacher wrote about her on the most recent report card:  Olive has completed a very successful 3rd quarter. Her hard work and determination are evident in her excellent marks. Olive should be very proud of her efforts. She is always ready for a new challenge and consistently demonstrates good character when collaborating with others. I am looking forward to even more accomplishments next quarter.

Olive's 8th Birthday Party

Olive had her 8th birthday at Integrity Gymnastics.  We invited all the girls in her class plus Hannah and her friend Rachael.  Someone from Integrity supervised the gym and they provided all the paper products and cleaned up, too.  The girls had a blast and the only thing I had to do was bring the cupcakes.  Easiest party ever.

Best 8-year-old picture ever: four missing teeth on top and one on bottom.
