Olive Stats- 7 months

I love that stage where babies are sitting up and doing things, but can't go anywhere.  Unfortunately that only lasted about a month with Olive.  She's already mobile!  She scoots backwards on her belly and then rolls around when she needs to switch directions.  It is pretty funny when she backs herself into a corner and then can't flip over.  She also likes to do a push-up position and downward dog yoga pose.  No traditional crawling, though.  Baby O is doing better eating solid foods, but she prefers feeding herself to us feeding her.  Puffs are her favorite and she can get them in her mouth most of the time.  Her hair is coming in and sticking straight up!  She loves playing peek-a-boo, patty cake, and watching everything Hannah does.  She is saying lots of da,da,da and ya,ya,yas.  Miss Pat says Olive has a fun personality, but she also concentrates very seriously on her toys.  When we are out in public we hear "What a happy baby!" all the time. :)
