Last summer Hannah and I went on several adventures. This summer, not so much. So I decided it was time to go see something new. We went to Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center. It was truly an adventure because the Garmin had two places with the same address (different zip codes), and I chose the wrong one. So we ended up at someone's house north of the river. Oops. The second address took us to the right place. We saw lots of flowers and insects, and of course Hannah wasn't scared of the bees at all. It was Olive's first time facing out in the baby carrier and she liked looking around.
Hannah is very interested in taking pictures now. She calls it "taking smiles", except she can't say beginning s sounds so it is really "taking miles". She took this all by herself. Pretty good for a two year old.
But usually her pictures look more like this...
Our other recent adventure was to the zoo with Ollie...but I forgot my camera. There are pictures on Ollie's blog. Hannah liked seeing the elephants because there weren't any at the Omaha Zoo (!?!), and she loved the polar bear. She also rode on a carousel for the first time!
**UPDATE** Pictures from Becky's camera at the zoo...

She took a great picture! That cracks me up that you ended up at someone's house. You should have knocked on the door to see if they had anything good to do there.
Hannah's second picture could be titled, "Legs & Stems"; very "artsy."
