Hannah Fall Soccer

This fall Hannah decided to do play soccer again.  She played two seasons when she was five.  Both were in the Leawood league and neither one were with friends from school.  Her school friends play in the Overland Park league and even though the team was officially "full,"  the coach let us play.  Hannah loved it!  She likes soccer, loved being with friends, and it didn't hurt that her team had an undefeated season.  Hannah's team named themselves Soccer Superstars and they were!  They crushed every team, sometimes 20-0 but I usually stopped keeping track after 10. Some of her teammates play on a competitive team AND this recreational team.

Here are some pictures from the season.  Every girl in Hannah's league has the same reversible shirt, they just switch colors from orange to blue each game.  She played some games at Roe Park and some at the Overland Park Soccer Complex.

This was after Hannah scored a goal!  We went out for ice cream to celebrate!

She looks so much older than seven!
